- No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products sold on our website, including:
Live Fish (Guppies, Mollies, etc.)
Aquarium Plants
Aquarium Filters
Fish Food
Aquarium Accessories
All sales are considered final once the order is placed and shipped.
- Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Live fish and plants are highly sensitive and cannot survive reverse shipping.
Returned products may compromise quality, hygiene, and safety.
We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch to deliver the best condition items. - Damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Although returns are not accepted, we do support our customers in genuine cases:
If any live fish arrives dead, we offer:
50% refund (as per our Shipping Policy)
Valid only with unboxing video proof within 2 hours of delivery
- Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or physically damaged item (non-living product only):
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos as proof
We will review and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or partial refund) - Order Cancellation
