Live Fish Shipping Policy

We take utmost care when packaging live fish. Specifically, we use professional methods and high-quality materials to ensure their safety during transit.

In the rare case that a fish arrives dead (DOA):

  1. First, you must provide a clear unboxing video proof within 2 hours of delivery.
  2. Next, ensure the video shows the fish inside the original, unopened bag.
  3. Finally, once we verify the proof, we will provide a 50% refund for the affected fish.

Delays in Shipping

If your order experiences a delay beyond 7 days from the shipping date due to logistics, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your order amount. However, please note that you must follow the guidelines below to remain eligible for any compensation.

Important Guidelines

You must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Consequently, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
