    Orders are shipped only after proper quality checks to ensure fish health and product condition.
  2. Shipping Time
    Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
    We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  3. Live Fish Shipping Policy

We take utmost care in packaging live fish using professional methods to ensure their safety during transit.

In the rare case that any live fish arrives dead (DOA):
Customers must provide clear unboxing video proof within 2 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will provide a 50% refund of the affected fish value.

  1. Delay in Shipping
    If your order is delayed beyond 7 days from the shipping date due to logistics or courier issues:
    You are eligible for a 100% refund of your order amount.
  2. Important Guidelines
    Customers must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    Incorrect address
    Customer unavailability
    Natural disasters or unforeseen courier issues
  3. Packaging & Safety
    Live fish are packed in oxygen-filled bags with insulated boxes.
    We ensure all necessary precautions to minimize stress and ensure survival during transit.
